You retain copyright over your own content. To allow us to deliver your content through Adult Refuge, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and publish your content on adultrefuge.com. You may revoke this license by deleting your content from Adult Refuge.

We may remove your content if we believe that it violates Liberato’s Content Guidelines. If this happens, you will also be sent details of how you may appeal.

Behaviour rules

Do not use Adult Refuge to defame, abuse, threaten, dox, or behave hatefully towards others. This includes but is not limited to using hateful slurs, publishing private information or threatening to do so, or encouraging self-harm.

Do not use Adult Refuge to sell prohibited items such as drugs, weapons, or pirated software.

Do not use Adult Refuge to cause any technical disruption or harm to any network or device. This includes but is not limited to spamming, denial of service attacks, hacking, or distributing malware.

If you violate these behaviour rules, or commit repeated or serious violations of Liberato’s Content Guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your access to Adult Refuge. If this happens, you will also be sent details of how you may appeal.
